I missed out this weeks Music monday due to terrible attacks of migraine headaches but i'm surely not going to miss out next weeks MM, for i love posting my fave videos :-)..

There are certain type of foods or things that do trigger these migraines and the attacks are severe with a frequency of lesser to sharp intense pains every few hours but can also persist for days. These type of headaches are extremely painful and terrible to deal with when you have a family to care for and a lot of other tasks to endeavor or complete. A migraine attack is evil!!i must confess.. :-). I would later on write about what can trigger migraines on three blogs(including my pregnancy and health blog) next month as we're almost touched the end of Jan.

Right now, i'm anticipating the luckiest and most fulfilling month of Feb which i can always count on to catch a fresh breath and attain some amount of happiness and satisfaction. One after one, would be celebrations for Valentines Day, cousins and aunts birthdays, and the 25th of Feb for sure will bring me immense joy with special feelings like never any other time of the year! It's the day i was born, the day maybe i cant remember about but i do know i made a lady feel special on that certain day, and who else would that be but my mom.. :-)

Yesterday India celebrated Republic day, which is one of the three national holidays of India. India celebrates this day to commemorate the replacement of the Government of India Act by the Constitution of India. To mark the importance of this occasion the prime minister lays a wreath at a memorial near India Gate followed by a 2 minute silence in memory of martyrs who died fighting for our country during the movement. He then joins the president where the former will hoist the national flag while the Our National Anthem is played. A gun salute is given as well. Then begins the parade which is the finest part, and as a child it always fascinated and i even watched the broadcasting on television every year. The army, navy and air force lead the march past followed by the vibrant displays of culture represented by diverse states and regions of India.

Am sure the images above proven how fine our men are! Happy Belated Republic Day India. I hope one day we are able to attain the true independence in our hearts.

Months ago, when Rihanna was assaulted by Chris Brown, she probably was devastated and made this dark video to vent out.. and she had also revealed it in her interview that it made her feel better. I had to watch it over and over to know what's happening. For those who don't know, Russian Roulette is a game that involves a revolver.. a dangerous one most of us may have watched it in the movies.

But i find life so alike this game.. many of us often give our hearts away, unaware whose hands has it fallen into. When we love.. it's one of the biggest games we're playing. In daily life whatever we venture into.. we don't know it's consequences but we risk it. I so relate to the deep meaning of this song and video, and would like to pass this message to everyone to stay strong and safe, and never let anyone take advantage of you. To the girls and women out there suffering domestic violence.. give it a fight, give what it takes to kill atrocities on women.. do it even if you have to die..

I feel people shouldn't find Russian Roulette depressing, but should learn something out of it.. so my readers and friends have Happy MM :-)

I was watching this movie 'Sweet November', yesterday on television when this song was playing throughout as the background music. I remember hearing this song some years ago but it wasn't so enchanting then, or maybe i was too busy in life to be captivated by it.. but now i've listed it as one of my faves so that when am low and listening to it, it'll lift my spirits coz "Who can say where the road goes, where the day flows, only time... " it's powerful and will be liked by you too, am sure :-)

This is not the original video of course which in Enya's version, but clips of the movie are edited well enough to touch your soul and make you feel as if your watching part of the real movie!

You know what, i watch the movie Ghost repeatedly whenever it features on television and every time my tap flows.. and its same with Titanic.. This movie is really a toughing and emotional love story, and Patrick Swayze is actually the ghost, but not a scary one! and yes i miss him so much because he's really not here with us anymore yet his movies like Ghost and Dirty dancing will let him remain in our hearts forever..
