Just two hours to go.. and bang! we're in the new year.. i feel i'll be leaving so much behind, so many moments of joy and sorrows which had continuously changed our lives in multiple ways throughout the year.. but though it feels like we are going away, somewhere so far way from something we've lived with.. its actually just a jump we're taking into a year full of new hopes, and eagerness to improve on so much.. i feel its a great way to motivate oneself.. :-)

In the coming year i plan to stay focused and be realistic on matters most close to my heart and work instead of living in a realm of fantasies all the time.. what do you plan to do? tell me next year! :-)

Wishing all my readers 'A very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2010, in my last post of the year :-)

I selected this video for this weeks MM, as we all know this is J. lo's version which was released in 1999 few days before the millennium new year. It also reminds me so much of my years as a newly married and being pregnant!.. so i guess i was enjoying every bit of the times as well as the song. Every new years is much anticipated and so is this year which is to come in just 3 more days! how fast the years pass by, isn't it? The last month of the year gives us the chance to contemplate our year gone by and make an attempt improve in the coming year.. so lets all make a resolution never to be broken. I haven't decided mine but would surely like to know yours??

Hope you enjoy the video while you think of a resolution.. happy MM :-)

Can you believe its Christmas once again! the time of the year when PEACE, LOVE, WARMTH and JOY fill the air and celebrations go on merrily throughout the world. Writing this before retiring to bed as i have lots of activities once i awake. Aryan and Alisha's gift from Santa Claus is hidden away (hope he doesn't read this, my clever and curious son!) and will be kept under their pillows before they awake. Am so excited that this year Alisha (3 yrs) is able to understand a little about Christmas and knows Santa Claus very well and i cant wait to watch her excitement when she opens her gifts! We will obviously have a family day tomorrow and lots to feast :-)

Here's wishing all my readers lots of peace, love, warmth and joy on this day and throughout the year.. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE :-)

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Bidazzled. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you ever wondered if there was really a site from which you could change your views on online auctions? Because i understand there are chances you gain nothing from most auction sites but Bidazzled values your time and effort, so you have nothing to lose while bidding with them. If you lose, you still gain bonus bids and a chance to purchase an item for less than the investment you had in the auction. Besides, when you know you are bidding for a cause to help fund a lung cancer charity also created by Bidazzled, it gives a different feeling altogether.

This is how is works. You purchase bids at the cost of $1 in advance which is used to to bid on merchandise. The price increases a few cents with each bid placed and a few seconds are added to the countdown clock to give others a chance to bid. The auction ends when no other bids are placed. So if a new laptop ends at just a dollar, then you win the laptop for a dollar!

You would also be much excited to know that there is a referral program where you can earn bonus bids when you refer someone and also earn from your referral's referral, up to five levels! Now that you got some work to do, go about it now!

Back to the 80's.. oh i love this song by Wham and every time i watch the video i begin to feel so nostalgic.. missing younger days. This song just steals your heart with its bittersweet and meaningful lyrics and video, depicting an ex-couples loves story as they reminiscence the past in a few scenes...

Christmas is just few days ahead and preparations are going on in full swing and maybe could get better with each year, yet the memories of childhood never seem to fade. Don't you miss when Santa secretly left gifts under your pillow? Wish all my friends and readers an enthusiastic holiday season, and lots of merry making for the coming festival of Christmas, followed by a wonderful New year(which is too early i know).. but the spirit of Christmas and the year ending are everywhere, surrounding the earth and in the air :-)

Enjoy the Video.. its an evergreen. Happy MM folks :-)

I'm slipping into the rhythm of the 2000 music genre. Always being a lover of music, esp of the 90's(was a teen then) and 80's(even younger) hits, i was too involved with family life and Bollywood music to listen to now a days music. Anyways Google helped me search through the greatest and best songs of the last 8 years and bleeding love sung by Leona Lewis which am sure is already loved by everyone makes it way into this weeks MM post.. What i love most is the lyrics :-)

Enjoy the video but don't cry.. Happy MM :-)

Today Social-spark.com(a paid to review site) scared the living daylights out of me!! I logged in to my yahoo inbox to find this mail stating that they've sent back my reviewed post for correction and resubmission because unfortunately my blog was providing them with Trojan errors. I tried viewing my blog, and it seemed to be loading fine until the whole site opens but suddenly slips away into a blank page.

I also noticed blogsadvertiningstore.com previously known as payingpost.com flashing in the status bar below before it blanked out, so quite obviously i doubted them first more than any other widget or code or virus's. But even then, i was worried as i had not even tweaked my templates in two months so i was like almost devastated as this blogs helps to make money online in multiple ways and here i was in a stew knowing my blog has been targeted with malicious codes. Giving Payingpost.com the benefit of doubt, i moved on to the Google webmaster central to see if my blogs really had any other malware content but was tested clean.

I was cracking my brains and removed some youtube videos from my MusicMonday posts in a hurry and even began removing images. Nothing doing, my blog was still the same. I couldn't even view my elements as that page blanked out too. This is when i would have had this nervous breakdown! But guess what, i started searching for wyciwyg://290 which appeared before my blogs URL when i hit 'backward'. Some sites were talking about our Mozilla cache, protocol etc.. I landed on the Google forums where these bloggers were already discussing this issue and they pointed out 'PAYINGPOST.COM' so without wasting any time my next step was to remove the codes from the section before the closed 'head' in my HTML.

Now the thing is whether or not you have or had the paying post code in your templates html, your blog could still be a target to this error or virus or whatever but you will find the solutions, am sure. As they say with prayers and fingers crossed nothing can go undone or unsolved.. Praise be to god am still safe with Google Adsense too :-)

Back this Monday with Halo sung by Beyonce Knowles. This song won at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards for 'best song' and was nominated for 'best female pop vocal performance' and 'album of the year', at the 52nd Grammy Awards 2009. A lovely emotional love track with amazing vocals, modish beats, a simple piano melody and Beyonce's performance. Takes you deep into the world of the person who has bought light into your life.. "Everywhere I'm looking now, I'm surrounded by your embrace, baby I can see your halo, you know you're my saving grace.. I fell it love with it as i heard it and even posted it on my celeb blog. Enjoy the video.. Happy MM and a wonderful week ahead :-)

I deleted the video i just posted as 'viewing is restricted' and all the other originals cant be embedded! I was able to watch the video few weeks ago when i posted to my celeb blog but now its restricted to my country! But you can watch her sing live and as she seems teary, I had tears too in my eyes watching her, but that was a great performance from her on stage. :-)

We all know that educational centers have their own criteria and methods of teaching but here i bring you a new challenge approach towards teaching and learning, for the betterment of teachers, parents and students. It is called as Words in Color which is an approach to learning to read, write and spell. The approach focuses, first, on people and their natural capacities to learn, and then on the subject matter. Have you heard about it? It's a whole new view to education and literacy. This type of approach has already been used in several educational center's like schools, home schools etc. It was conceived of technical understanding and doesn't hide difficulties in English, but triggers natural capabilities that enable learning. In short, just a part of a skill that masters the skill of reading which includes Phonological awareness, Decoding, Fluency, Comprehension, and Vocabulary.

The company is passionate about moving towards creating awareness of education to eliminate illiteracy and they are motivated to bring reality out of this approach.

Take a look at the overview-
The English alphabet has 26 letters, yet we use more than 26 sounds in our speech. In fact, American-English speakers use 59 sounds, and there are often many ways to spell the same sound – sometimes dozens of ways. This is very confusing for beginning readers because letters only show how a word is spelled, not how it is spoken. We have identified all 400+ sound-spellings in American English and organized them into 59 distinctly colored groups. With color, students can see how a word is spoken, and more quickly become aware of the nature of the written language.

One can purchase this product from the stores online and make literacy a dream come true throughout the nations. You could also gift out this product this Christmas and show someone that you care. You can stay motivated and be a part of this movement to create aware of the effectiveness of this approach. Isn't it the best thing you can do to improve education in the universe? The best gift during Christmas am sure :-)

We are 22 days to go since Christmas and its no more early to talk about it. This Christmas it going to be even merrier as things happen to improve at home with more opps(paid reviews) than last year when the recession hit us... lol.. its another thing i wasn't paid by some company's which of course i'll have to forget about the money from them coz i feel they have cheated us bloggers of our time and honesty. I know most bloggers have become aware of this and i do feel sad for them. With Christmas nearing doesn't mean am going to forgive and forget, no, we are definitely going to do something but let Christmas pass off in the right spirit.

These little disappointments wont let the spirit of Christmas out of my heart for i will still celebrate merrily with wine and cake... and rose cookies and other delicious feasts as we all gather together(our family) to enjoy Christmas!

My Alisha will be in her senses this year, i mean she'll be able to understand what is Christmas better than last year and will be so excited when we go shopping. She'll want all the pretty frocks in the malls and mamma and papa will turn bankrupt! he he..

See you all for now.. let me know your Christmas plans :-)

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Charter. All opinions are 100% mine.

Did you ever think how nice it would be to have an internet speed that wouldn't fail your important downloads? I wished it, and then i find out its already being used in Saint Louis, also presently granted in Southern California and is rolling into the northeast! Now i wish i could get hold of this charter ultra fast 60MB bandwidth which i feel would rid me off these multiple page-load error frustrations at home. We at home are hardcore gamers and especially when these internet games take hours to download, i find myself wanting to tear my hair off. My son and brother live off these high speeds games so then again we find ourselves almost fighting to take over the PC. Its also really mind boggling when each of us haven't event completed what we started out, having to give up the PC to the next family member. Facebook apps take time to load too so honestly speaking higher speed internet would help me multitask better when it comes to games and blogging.

Higher speeds are also possible with the phatbound technology, moreover charter is looking to cover majority of the charter footprint by the end of 2010. Imagine the benefits of multitasking with Cable IT replacing DSL completely. It would be like experiencing internet like never before, minus frustrations and adding excitement and contentment during work and play.. :-)
