Britney Spears has been pretty spaced out lately, so I was wondering what Britney might look like as a Space Alien on Star Wars…

This is what Catherine Zeta Jones would look like if she was fat…

Did you know Jennifer Aniston thinks she has a good side and a bad side? And she doesn’t like it when photographers take pictures of her from her bad side.

I wonder what she’d have to say about this picture…

If Marilyn Monroe and John F Kennedy had a daughter, this is what she would look like…

Babies And Children usually enjoy being massaged as much as adults, but will often only keep still for a short space of time. The strokes you have learned can be used on babies and children - just adapt them to allow for their size and the fact that their little bodies will not have built up the same chronic tensions that adults can suffer from.Just explore and discover what your child likes best.

Front Of The Body:

Massage Steps:
1.Starting with the child on their back, gently stroke their face, starting in the middle of the forehead and working out to the temples.
2.Stroke across the cheeks from nose to the ears and then from the cheeks down to the chin.Gently stroke across the eyebrows, and back around under the eye.Make gentle circles around the temples.
3.Stroke up the front of the body and out along the arms.
4.Make clockwise circles around the navel using both hands.Do gentle wringing strokes across the abdomen and up the body.
5.Lift arms one at a time and stroke the length of the arm from shoulder to the hand.Use one hand to squeeze the arm, starting from the shoulder and moving down the arm.
6.Massage the hand and squeeze and rotate each of the fingers in turn.
7.Repeat for the other arm.Gently drain up the leg.Wring or squeeze up the leg.
8.Stroke down the leg using a light, feathering stroke.

Back Of The Body:
Massage Steps:
1.Turn the child on their front and gently stroke their back.Stroke up and over the back and along the arms.
2.Gently knead the child's shoulders.
3.Make a gentle wringing stroke up over the body.If your child is a baby, massage their rear using a gentle kneading or pinching strokes.
4.Smooth down the spine using alternating hands, starting at the base of the neck and working down to the base of the spine.Use gliding strokes down the legs.Bend the knee up and work on the foot.
5.Work around the anklebone with your fingertips.Sandwich foot between heels of hand and massage, moving both hands in a circular motion.
6.Gently squeeze the heel with one hand and massage up the sole of the child's foot using the thumbs of your other hand.
7.Massage the toes, gently squeezing, rotating and pulling each one in turn.Sandwich the foot between your hands and hold it firmly for a few seconds.Turn the baby over.
8.Stroke from one foot up the leg, across the sacrum(base of the spine), and back down the other leg.Use light strokes down the body, starting from the top of head right down to the feet.

Massage Caution:

Be very gentle when working with babies and children.Do not pursue the session if the child begins to fidget.

Massage Tip:

As a general rule, the strokes you use will need to be much lighter on children. The younger the child, the smaller and more delicate the strokes will need to be.If the child you are working on is very young, then you can sit on the floor and massage him or her on your lap.Otherwise spread a towel on the floor or any safe, raised surface.

Sporting a several-day-old stubble and his hair close cropped, Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt walked into his Pali Hill home here Thursday to an emotional welcome from his family and friends, after spending 23 nights in Mumbai and Pune prisons.

The actor, who stepped out of Pune's Yerawada Jail at 7.15 a.m. and took a chartered flight to Mumbai soon after, took most of his fans off guard with his early homecoming.

A large number of fans had been gathering outside his home every day ever since the Supreme Court granted him interim bail Monday. Only a few were present Thursday.

Wearing a white striped shirt and blue jeans, Dutt, 48, drove into his home in a black sedan at around 8.30 a.m. - just over an hour after gaining freedom.

As the car entered the sprawling residence in the Imperial Heights building in the upmarket Pali Hill neighbourhood, family members and friends from the film fraternity rushed out to welcome him home.

After a traditional homecoming puja and breaking of a coconut, Dutt first kissed nephew Siddharth, sister and Congress MP Priya's son, and then hugged both sisters Priya and Namrata.

Brother-in-law Kumar Gaurav had flown with him from Pune where too Dutt's fans failed to see their hero walk of the prison because jail authorities decided to release him early in the morning so as to avoid huge crowds.

There, after stepping outside Yerawada Jail, a beaming Dutt shook hands with policemen and, overcome with emotion, even hugged a constable.

He then waved to the small media contingent camping outside the prison gates since overnight before speeding off in a car to the airport.

Producer and close family friend Bunty Wallia told IANS from Pali Hill: "He needs to spend time with his family and rest. He may speak to the media who have extended tremendous support throughout his ordeal."

Dutt's senior counsel Satish Mane Shinde declined to comment on the future legal steps the actor is contemplating. "Whether Sanju will start working on his unfinished projects will be decided later.

"For now, the most important thing for him is to spend time with his family, which he is doing now."

Clearly eager to get into his home, the actor told journalists outside his residence that he would speak to them after making a few telephone calls and after catching up with family and friends.

Dutt was sent to jail July 31 after the special TADA (Terrorist and Disruptive Activities) court sentenced him to six years rigorous imprisonment for illegal possession of arms given to him by the accused in the 1993 Mumbai bombings. He was moved to Yerawada Jail in Pune Aug 2.

In Pune, the actor had taken up carpentry as jail labour and even earned a few hundred rupees. He was paid about Rs.20 a day.

Dutt's release may, however, be shortlived because once the TADA court hands over the copy of the judgment of his conviction passed Nov 28, 2006 under the Arms Act, he will have to go back to jail.

But that has not dampened the sprits of his die-hard fans.

"Today's homecoming is a Rakhsha Bandhan (a celebration of brother-sister relationship) gift for his sisters. We are really happy for the family," said Sampat Bhosle, a fan from Nagpur outside the Dutt residence.

"Whatever little time he has he will want to spend every minute with his family and friends, and I am very happy for our Munnabhai. I have faith in god that he will get through the next (legal) fight," Bhosle told IANS.

Dutt's interim bail will also bring a relief, temporary though, to the producers he had been working for before being jailed.

He has three films on the floors and is expected to be back on the sets soon.

Dutt had started "Dhamaal" a month before the verdict and had been shooting double shifts to complete the film before going to prison.

Other unfinished projects include Sanjay Gadhvi's "Kidnap", which has Dutt in the main lead. Shooting for Sanjay Gupta's "Alibaug", in which Dutt is also co-producer, had to be cancelled after he went to jail.

love is patient!

Love is patient with a life
That brings its share of pain.
We know sometime there is an end
To the most stubborn rain.
We know the sun comes out again
On a world that's fresh and new,
And all the gifts we freely give
Somewhere, sometime accrue.

We know sometimes we have to wait
For life to come around,
And sometimes that it won't, but still
There's some good to be found.

And even when things happen that
Your soul can hardly bear,
Know that I'll be next to you;
My love is always there.

After months of pureeing, mashing and carefully introducing new foods, making baby food now become a little easier.baby is probably enjoying more textured foods... and along with that moms are able to understand the likes and dislikes of baby!but we've got to keep introducing new and tasty foods so that baby can feast on a great number of nutritional as well as different flavoured foods...

read below for more info on baby diet:

At this stage, your baby needs about 750-900 calories a day. He also needs about twice as much calcium as he did at birth. Calcium is necessary for strong bones and teeth - it helps the teeth resist decay and maintains healthy gums

Iron is another essential part of his diet, supporting both growth and development. It plays a major role in forming haemoglobin, the part of the red blood cells that carries oxygen to the body's tissues. Iron is particularly crucial in brain development.

A baby at this stage may sometimes seem to be eating less food than he was before.

DON'T PANIC - this could be one reason -

A baby's growth naturally slows down at this time, so he may simply feel less hungry than before. Continue to offer a wide variety of foods and be patient, he'll let you know when he's hungry.

read my next articles on baby.. for new recipes.

aerated and carbonated drinks like colas and packaged drinks should be avoided and the reason is because:

they contain salt and empty calories
they have preservatives and artificial colours which are harmful.
they increase triglyceride levels in the blood.
they are harmful for the teeth and gums.
they stimulate appetite which makes a person put on excess weight
most important is that they decrease your body's capacity to have healthy-food.

i bet 90% of indias populations enjoys colas as much as i do.. who cares whats harming us isnt? with all those news of our colas found to contain toxic pesticides very now and then, we will never give up! but why risk our lives??

heres an alternative for you:)

when one is looking at having something to drink outside home, try coconut water which is not only very healthy, but also very hygienic.it also has natural minerals, potassium and vitamins, which are very beneficial to the body.

now this is what i call the best drink ever... i love coconut water too!

Mystery and the study of the unknown has always fascinated
people and the search for truth has always led to
many controversies... while some believe in the "supernatural" others
refuse it, but both type have their own reasons for their beliefs.

there are numerous world famous mysteries that remain
"unsolved" to this day and one such example is the the Bermuda Triangle which i have been searching for answers all along... as to why, what happens in that triangle of death and disappearance Some of these mysteries include the Loch Ness Monster, the Abominable Snowman

but lets focus on the B T fow now.. to know more read below:

The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's triangle, is a triangular
area of the Atlantic Ocean (305,000 km2) where the disappearances of
ships, airplanes, and boats has led to the belief that "supernatural"
forces inhabit this area of the sea. More than 200 planes, ships, and
boats are believed to have disappeared in this triangle without a
trace. This includes over 1,000 seamen and airmen. In most of these
disappearances, it is the fact that no distress signal was ever
received from the disappearing ships and/or planes that heightens the
mystery of what happened to them. Although violent storms and downward
air currents frequently occur in the area, scientists have not
revealed anything extremely peculiar. Boundaries of the Bermuda
Triangle are formed by drawing an imaginary line from Melbourne,
Florida, to Bermuda, to Puerto Rico, and back to Florida. Could there
truly be an unnatural force at work in this geographical triangle or
are these disappearances merely coincidence? Either way, numerous
people remain unwilling to step over the boundary line into the
Devil's Triangle.

the future remains to answer this question, and we humans remain intrigued, and confused about what to believe.what do you believe?

They’re no longer newborns, but they’re definitely still babies... they seem so small and fragile and parents often find themselves concerned about the effects of the world on their baby... is this medication safe? should he have this vaccine? is she sick or just hungry? is he supposed to do that? feeds? toys? the world seems so fast when you have a baby in your arms!!!

my baby alisha, my cutie pie.. shes on her 9th month and theres no time turning back the clock to the past.we are just moving on at full speed and her growth is that speedy too... shes begum to know wheres her eyes and says eyesh! haha and pokes her little finger at my eyes or hers.

can crawl so quickly.. even a train cant beat her! shes my express(train) i always catch in time saving her from dangers around...

yesterday she said one of her first words.. "papa" and so excitedly kept repeating it.. i love and care for her so much.. am sure all mothers do.. a little comment below to protect your baby on her/his 9th

It has been nine months since you first held your bundle of joy in your hands! However the once squirming bundle has undergone a dramatic change. For one, it is no longer squirming but almost running! Welcome to your baby's ninth month.

Look mamma I can stand

In baby's ninth month, he is getting closer to walking all by himself. He can crawl up the stairs (dangerous!) and is cruising too. Your baby at this stage is trying to learn how to stand up from a sitting position. You might be amused to see your nine month-old baby standing for a long time, tiring himself out but unable to sit from this position. A few babies might even start walking at nine months. Mobile walkers are not very safe for baby. You might want to consider exersaucers or stationary walkers instead.

One, two, buckle my shoe?

Not yet. Walking bare foot helps your baby get a better grip of the ground. Besides, it gives her first hand information on the texture of various surfaces and helps the learning process. Baby shoes look cute and you want to go out and buy every pair for your nine month-old baby, but resist the temptation to do so until she starts walking outdoors.

Play with me!

In baby's ninth month, he loves to play interactive games with you. He is now an expert at reaching out and grabbing things. He hates it when something is taken away from his hands. Roll a toy car towards him, stack rings or build block towers with him and watch his eyes light up.

"Da-da Ma-ma"

How soon your baby talks, depends on a number of factors including her environment and her general predisposition. A great majority of babies who start talking as late as three years have normal intelligence. So don't worry if your nine month-old baby seems quieter than his peers. (Babies must not be compared anyway). Keep talking a lot to your baby and sooner or later, she will talk to you too.

Watch out, here I come

Your nine month-old baby is naturally curious about his surroundings and this is a crucial time to avoid accidents. Supervise your baby all the time especially if she is very resourceful. If you have not childproofed your house already, now is the time to act. Do pay special attention to avoid drowning hazards and electrical accidents. Protect your baby from being injured by sharp corners and remove all unstable furniture from the room. Install childproof locks on cabinets and doors and put up barrier gates at the stairs. Keep an emergency rescue number handy just in case.

Who is that?

Baby's ninth month is a time when she develops preferences for toys.and people. She does not like strangers handling her and wants mamma around her all the time. Never force your baby to interact with strangers. Give her a little time to warm up and she will surprise you by eventually getting over her stranger anxiety all by herself.

Visit the doctor regularly for well-baby exams and keep baby's immunization record up to date. A healthy baby is a happy baby.

One piece of skin-colored construction paper - for the hand
Scissors
Glue
Crayons, markers or paint and brushes
Optional: colorful construction paper for the flowers (or flowers can be drawn with markers)

Trace the child's hand on a piece of skin-colored paper. Cut along the lines.

On a new piece of paper, glue the palm of the hand to the lower left part of the paper -- DO NOT glue the fingers down.

Using green tempera paint, a crayon, or marker, draw the stems of the flowers. Start each stem on the hand, and have it go towards the center of the paper (make sure to leave room for the flowers).

Roll the fingers of the paper hand over the palm and the stems of the flowers, and glue the fingertips onto the palm (this will make the hand look as though it is holding the bouquet of flowers).
If you like, have the hand show the American Sign Language sign for "I love you," which has the only the ring finger and the middle finger folded and glued down

Draw flowers and leaves on the stems -- or glue on flowers made from colorful construction paper.
You now have a bouquet that is great for a birthday or Mother's Day.

A simple friend identifies himself when he calls.
A real friend doesn't have to.

A simple friend opens a conversation with a full news bulletin on his life.
A real friend says, "What's new with you?"
A simple friend thinks the problems you whine about are recent.
A real friend says, "You've been whining about the same thing for 14 years. Get off your duff and do something about it."
A simple friend has never seen you cry.
A real friend has shoulders soggy from your tears.
A simple friend doesn't know your parents' first names.
A real friend has their phone numbers in his address book.
A simple friend brings a bottle of wine to your party.
A real friend comes early to help you cook and stays late to help you clean.

A simple friend hates it when you call after he has gone to bed.
A real friend asks you why you took so long to call.
A simple friend seeks to talk with you about your problems.
A real friend seeks to help you with your problems.
A simple friend wonders about your romantic history.
A real friend could blackmail you with it.
A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest.
A real friend opens your refrigerator and helps himself.
A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when you have an argument.
A real friend knows that it's not a friendship until after you've had a fight.
A simple friend expects you to always be there for them.
A real friend expects to always be there for you!

A Friend That's Always There

If I could catch a rainbow I would do it just for you

And share with you it's beauty on the days you're feeling blue

If I could build a mountain you could call your very own

A place to find serenity A place to be alone...........

If I could take your troubles I would toss them in the sea

But all these things I'm finding are impossible for me

I cannot build a mountain or catch a rainbow fair

But let me be what I know best A friend that's always there.

From Friends To Lovers
Sometimes I feel sad and sometimes I feel blue
but whenever I see you, I'm as happy as can be
for you bring a smile upon my face
and a feeling of joy within my heart
you're like my sunshine in the morning
and my stars that glow at night
you're like the waves in the ocean
the cool breeze in the wind
like the call of the birds in the morning dew
like the sounds of beauty in the night
you see all of these things are of beauty and love
that's how I feel whenever you are near
for it was the passion and desire from both of us
that opened up the world for our eyes to see
for our love of each other will grow and grow
and our needs and desires will be more everyday
for a friend you once were and will always be
has turned into love as it should have been
so I want you to know as a friend and lover
that in my heart and arms you'll always stay
for our love for each other will never fade.

The Dummy
In that forgotten part of town
Where wasted hopes and dreams abound,
A wrinkled man with life near end,
In hopes to have at least one friend,
Fashioned bits of wood and things
And made a dummy run by strings.

He sat alone for hours on end,
Conversing with his only friend
And found delight within the fact
That he controlled it's every act.
He told it how he never had
A chance, since all his luck was bad
Although he'd tried so to succeed -
The dummy nodded and agreed.

And how his journeys in romance
Had never given him a chance,
And wasn't it a crying shame
That he was always held to blame
When everyone knew, oh so well,
That life is but a living Hell,
Controlled by lust and power and greed?
The dummy nodded and agreed.

With patience that would rival saints,
That dummy sat through all complaints
And, with each little expert tug,
He'd droop his head or bow or shrug
And give some comfort to the man
Who held his lifelines in his hand
And helped to fill a lonely need
When he just nodded and agreed.

Senility increased with time
As did the old man's phantomime,
And feverish fingers pulled with glee
The dummy's dance of misery.
They never left each other's side
Until the day both stopped and died.
We found them lying, hand in hand,
The dummy - and his wooden friend.

Friendships come and Friendships go
Like wave upon the sand
Like day and night
Like birds in flight
Like snowflakes when they land
But you and I are something else
Our friendship's here to stay
Like weeds and rocks and dirty socks
It never goes away!

A BEST FRIEND
A best friend
is always there,
whether you need advice,
or a pep talk,
or even a shoulder to cry on.
A best friend
listens with her heart
and is always honest with you,
even though the truth
may not be
what you want to hear.
A best friend
knows all your secrets,
understands your fears
shares your dreams.
A best friend
never stops believing in you
even if you give up
on yourself.
you are
that kind of friend
to me.
And no matter what happens,
you always will be.
You are my best friend....
my forever friend.

A friend
A friend is a person
to laugh and cry with,
An inspiration,
Someone who lends a helping hand,
though friends may not be forever,
And they may not end up together,
the memories of a true friendship will
last forever.
A friend is not a shadow nor a servant
But someone who hold
a piece of a person in his heart.
Someone who shares a smile,
Someone who brightens up your day
What makes a person a friend?
Is by saying your Love will stay.

i recently read somewhere that she, trishala, daughter of sanjay had no plans to make bollywood films her career but that was two years ago.. (sigh) now shes more matured and wants to join salman! read on for the comp part..

Sanjay Dutt’s sentence and incarceration leaves Bollywood in a lot of uncertainty, but there is another Dutt who wants to carry on the legacy started by Nargis and Sunil Dutt and carried on by the lovable Munnabhai. It is Sanjay’s 19-year-old daughter Trishala, born and raised in New York, studying Criminal Psychology, but hopeful of becoming an actress soon.

Trishala spoke to DT exclusively on her Bollywood plans. "I want to move to Mumbai once I complete my degree. And I want to act in films because I want to be closer to dad now," said Trishala.

She has, she revealed, been getting film offers for some time but kept them on hold because getting her degree mattered more to her and her father. "I made the choice. I wanted to get a degree just in case I need something to fall back on. Dad wants me to complete my studies before I choose my career. He is totally against my joining Bollywood! But I know he will eventually give in. His exterior is tough but he is gooey soft when it comes to me," said Trishala.

Sanjay Dutt is reluctant to let her join Bollywood, Trishala said, because he believes the film industry has changed. "He used to show interest when I was young. But now he wants me to stay out of films. He feels girls are there in Bollywood mainly to adorn films. And he does not want me doing this."

She has already started preparing for Bollywood. The plump, baby-faced Trishala of yesterday is now a svelte and stunning woman determined to conquer the glamour world. She is already a successful model in NY and has endorsed a number of products including a popular speciality clothing line.

Who would she like to act with if she joins films? "Salman Khan, he’s my father’s friend," she replied unhesitatingly. "I am in love with him. I told Salman this when I was younger. And he had laughed and said, ‘Sure, why not?’"

i was going through this feng shui article and came across this question that someone put forth to the feng shui expert.. i have done all efforts to research about dried flowers being bad luck so I emailed you.my sister-in-law was in my house and saw the dried roses I have kept and told me to throw it out because it is bad luck.but since they were given to me by a special someone, want to keep it.until last week, when another person came and saw it and said the same thing.i want to hear from you, should I get rid of it?

You mentioned the flowers were given to you by a special someone and you would like to keep them. Now, tell me, how can this possibly be bad feng shui? Ancient Feng Shui masters had a very beautiful saying - "Trust what your heart is thinking."

Ask your heart what it is thinking about your dried flower. If you have beautiful, healing energy connected to it, of course keep it, but do treat it in a special way. When placed on an altar, or dried in a special way, it becomes your very own feng shui symbol of something very dear to you, thus it will keep sending good energy as long as you take good care of it.

People have been drying plants and flowers since time immemorial for various healing purposes, was that bad feng shui? Lavender is a great feng shui flower that we use in dried form so often, is lavender bad feng shui? Of course, not!

The feng shui challenge with a dried flower is to keep its energy fresh and keep it special, as most of the time people keep it as a special memory. It is also important to let it go when you feel you do not need it anymore, and there is no specific timeframe here, it maybe one month for some and years for others. We all have different timeframes in dealing with the energy of powerful emotions and feelings.

If you decide to keep your dried flower, have a special place for it and do not get it lost in the dust of many items that are not needed, thus creating clutter.

now this what i call some useful info.. am a strong believer in feng shui, and i do know of many people who are the same... some more feng shui info and tips coming soon! do visit again..

Three guys: a Canadian, Osama bin Laden, and Uncle Sam are out walking together one day. They come across a lantern and a genie pops out of it.
"I will give each of you each one wish. That's three wishes total," says the genie.

The Canadian says, "I'm a farmer, my dad was a farmer, and my son will also farm. I want the land to be forever fertile in Canada."

With a blink of the genie's eye, *POOF* the land in Canada was forever made fertile for farming.

Bin Laden was amazed, so he said, "I want a wall around Afghanistan, so that no infidels, Jews, or Americans can come into our precious state."

Again, with a blink of the genie's eye, *POOF* there was a huge wall around Afghanistan.

"Uncle Sam" (A former civil engineer), asks, "I'm very curious. Please tell me more about this wall."

The Genie explains, "Well, it's about 15,000 feet high, 500 feet thick, and completely surrounds the country; nothing can get in or out - it's virtually impenetrable."

Uncle Sam says, "Fill it with water."

Is telepathy a natural phenomenon? is everyone telepathic? what can a person do to increase telepathic ability? how can telepathy help you in your everyday life? theae are some of the questions i ask myself and probably every person who has had medium experiences at any point of time in their lives...

telepathy may be defined as the transfer of physical, emotional or mental energy, or a combination of these, from one living being to another without physical contact.something got to do with our minds through which we feel we can transfer our thoughts to another persons mind!

all of us are telepathic.each of us have this ability developed to a greater or lesser degree but some are more conscious of this ability than others.all of us have telepathic experiences nearly every day, usually without even realizing it.

have you ever had the occasion to say “I was just thinking that” when someone was speaking? or has anyone ever said to you “You must be psychic.i was just thinking that”? have you ever had the foreboding feeling that something was wrong, to discover later that someone in your family or a dear friend was in need of help? have you ever been close to someone who was very nervous and found that you also become nervous? these types of experiences are usually telepathic in nature.for most of us these experiences occur with someone who is close to us like a good friend, mate, lover, brother or sister, and especially one’s child.

i have been through numerous experiences myself but what i take interest in most, the real life experiences of other people...

I dreamed about the 9/11 terrorist attack before it really happened a year later. But I didn't understand what it was about. All I can tell you is that I was in this plane with these foreign people and we were fighting to stop them because they said they were going to crash us in a building. The plane was going down and it crashed in a building. And I was scared, it seem so real, it felt so real. And when we got close, before we crashed, I saw the building. I said to myself that I saw that building before, then it hit me, that's the Pentagon. I couldn't believe it. There was fire and smoke everywhere. And in my dream I couldn't understand why these men would kill us plus themselves. I thought these people were crazy, insane, or stupid. To take their lives and for what reason? It didn't make no sense to me.

Then I was in another plane fighting these people again and the plane went down in a field some place. Before that we heard on the radio that 2 planes crashed in to the twin towers. I didn't know what that meant because I'm not a real smart person anyway. At the time, I thought I had to tell someone. But I didn't know who these people were, and where these events were taking place. I thought this had to be a crazy dream. I mean, who would take their own lives for no reason.

But when I came out of my dream, I was shook up, it seem so real. When this happened for real, I couldn't believe it. I really dreamed a future event that came true and it all made sense what that dream was about. It upsets me because God or some spirit or angel came to me to warn someone to save lives, probably, and I didn't. I thought it might have been just a crazy dream. And if I did people wouldn't believe me. They would say "Oh that's just a dream".

a true story of a person who resides in the united states...have you anything to say too?
