A prayer to my mother- a sad mothers day poem

Oh mother dear,

so calm and gentle,

full of cheer,

i miss you so,

i know you know,

so, as you look down,

from above the skies,

can you see my saddened,

heart-full of sighs?

can you shower upon me grace,

so the world is easy to face,

life without you sometimes,

seems a shallow well,

this is where i dwell,

in pain; and hope..
