Baby Alisha got a deep cut near her eyes, trying to blog!

last night while playing, baby Alisha cut herself near her eyes. The cut was a bit deep and bleeding badly, right above her eyelid. I immediately pressed the cut with some crushed ice.. i don't know whether any other thing could have been done, that was the only thing that came to my mind while she was wailing so loud. And it was quite late at night, no hospitals near by, but(my hubby and me) managed to console her and put her to sleep. Thank god once again, nothing serious and shes quite ok today, active and not complaining. The best part was that while i wasn't near the computer, Alisha was, trying to type letters on my draft posts! while Mommy's away, baby is there to take over! cute ha? :)

I was mad at Aryan because i repeatedly kept yelling at him to watch Alisha while she plays, but i think the TV is the main culprit especially the cartoon and pogo channels. Anyways, Aryan is a male child and i think hes got lots of other ideas in his mind, than to watch his sis while she plays.. he wants to give out our phone numbers/address while signing up on the game sites! he says we'll receive plenty of gifts when he wins any game.. and am like.. omg!

Oh Bless her I hope Alisha is ok I know what mischief these young ones get into I have 2 girls the youngest is 6 & still up to all sorts,but what would we do without them,I think u did the right thing under the circumstances,take care nisha.

aw.. its ok... kids injure themselves all the time...

Hi allision.. my kids are the naughtiest ;) i think so, but maybe every mom thinks the same..

Raaji your right.. they injure themselves, the pain.. it all makes them aware :)

Thankfully now shes fine, just a little pain. shes trying to bare it, my strong girl :)

ohhh pity alisha and pity aryan too..mommy was mad at him bcos not looking after alisha properly...but thank god nothing bad happenend than the cut...hope u more alert next time nisha...kids are kids...they love to explore everything...safety first! but your kids are intelligent...i can see that!

Waliz dear.. i am careful like that, even near the pc but while i am away doing chores like in the kitchen/bathroom i told aryan to watch alisha.. infact hes the one who instigated baby to jump, run etc!!! but yet he is 8 now! big enough to watch his sis, na?:)

I was very scared and prayed that she wouldnt have to be stitched. when nothing serious, i thanked god, again:)

Good to know that Alisha is better. Children do hurt themselves. Bonnie had plenty of bruises on her leg a few weeks back. People might think she's a victim of child abuse. LOL But she got them when she feel, she hit something when she walked and ran.

Syari, your right.. the moment the kids get hurt, people think we're the ones, the parents who torture them!

And btw your kids name is bonnie? tell us more:)
